Outside Sales Representative
(School Cheer Market)
We’re seeking driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representatives to expand our footprint in the school cheer market. In this field-based role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact between Envy Athletics and programs in your assigned territory. Building trust, identifying needs, and guiding customers through a seamless apparel experience.
This is a commission-based role ideal for self-motivated sellers who enjoy autonomy, face-to-face interaction, and long-term territory growth.

What You’ll Do
Build and grow a defined sales territory through consistent outreach, in-person visits, and relationship development
Meet with schools, gyms, studios, leagues, and organizations to assess needs and present customized solutions
Conduct fittings, product demonstrations, and on-site meetings with key decision-makers
Represent Envy Athletics at events, conferences, competitions, and industry functions
Own the full sales cycle—from initial introduction through final delivery
Communicate clearly around timelines, updates, and expectations
Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and territory plans
Partner with internal teams to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
What You Bring
Required
2+ years of B2B, outside, or territory-based sales experience
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage your own schedule, priorities, and performance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel frequently
Consistent follow-up and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in cheer, dance, athletics, or related industries
Existing relationships within schools, gyms, studios, or performance programs
Background in field-based or relationship-driven sales
Salesforce or comparable CRM experience
